Promotional Terms & Conditions

SFX Diamond Rewards will from time to time conduct special promotions to incentivize select groups of Subscribers to purchase Subscription renewals, Enhanced Subscriptions and/or Subscriptions with longer terms. This section pertains to such special promotions only. Special Promotions must be used within the two-year membership period in which they are granted. Special promotions may not be used for any commercial purpose, including without limitation auction, rental or sale, and any unauthorized transfer of any rights or benefits obtained through a special promotion is grounds for immediate termination of membership without refund.

Five Hundred Dollar Week Deposit Promotion

This promotion allows Subscribers to deposit a week of their Vacation Ownership with SFX Diamond Rewards and receive $500 in Vacation Cash ("VC"). This is a single use offer only. The offer is valid only during first year of the Subscription. The Vacation Ownership deposit must be from an SFX Diamond Rewards affiliated resort with a check-in date of more than 6-months in the future. The $500 Vacation Cash can be used for any Cruise, Tour, Air, Travel, Hotel Reservation, or Resort Week rental. The VC received under this promotion is treated as cash off the regular Subscriber price and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount (e.g. points, exchange, etc.). Any VC received under this promotion must be used with twelve (12) months of its issuance.

Four or Five Day Cruise Certificate

This promotion provides Subscribers with a cruise certificate redeemable for a four (4) or five (5) day cruise for two (2) passengers within four (4) to six (6) weeks of their Subscription purchase or upon final payment if Subscribers finance their Subscription purchase, whichever occurs later. The certificate must be redeemed and the cruise must be booked by the expiration date located within the "My Certificates" tab. The certificates will be added directly to the subscribers account and can be redeemed by clicking on the “My Certificates” menu option within the “My Accounts” section. Certificates issued under this promotion are redeemable only for the cruise fare. Port charges, government fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the redeemer at the time of booking. The cruises that can be booked by redemption of these certificates are subject to availability and may be limited. Cruises may be booked online or by calling the toll free number on the subscriber website.

Seven-Day Cruise Certificate

This promotion provides Subscribers with a cruise certificate redeemable for a seven day (7) day cruise for two (2) passengers within four (4) to six (6) weeks of their Subscription Upgrade purchase or upon final payment if Subscribers finance their Subscription Upgrade purchase, whichever occurs later. The certificate must be redeemed and the cruise must be booked by the expiration date located within the "My Certificates" tab. The certificates will be added directly to the subscribers account and can be redeemed by clicking on the “My Certificates” menu option within the “My Accounts” section. Certificates issued under this promotion are redeemable only for the cruise fare. Port charges, government fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the redeemer at the time of booking. Seven-Night Resort Certificate

This promotion provides Subscribers with a resort certificate redeemable for a seven (7) day resort stay at either a resort hotel, studio, or one (1) bedroom unit. Unit size upgrades may also be available for a small fee when available within four (4) to six (6) weeks of their Subscription Upgrade purchase or upon final payment if Subscribers finance their Subscription Upgrade purchase, whichever occurs later. The certificate must be redeemed and the vacation must be booked by the expiration date located within the "My Certificates" tab. The certificates will be added directly to the subscribers account and can be redeemed by clicking on the “My Certificates” menu option within the “My Accounts” section. Certificates issued under this promotion are redeemable only for the resort room rate.

"3-4 Free" Promotion

This promotion provides Subscribers with three (3) free consecutive annual SFX exchanges. Only one exchange may be made per year, and if a “3-4 Free” exchange is not made in any year, the right to that free exchange immediately expires.

Quarterly Specials Promotion

Quarterly Specials are only available during applicable booking window. This allows the Subscriber access to special vacation offers that are offered at or below cost. The offers will be made available each calendar quarter (or three (3) month period) during the initial Subscription period. Offers are limited, are based on availability, and are subject to change without notice. Not combinable with any other offers. Savings values are based on market rate. Cruise offers are valid on select sailings based on double occupancy and cabin type will vary based on selection and availability. Resort and hotel offers include hotel type or one-bedroom accommodations only, unless otherwise specified. Taxes, insurance, fuel surcharges, airfare, onboard incidentals, and any other travel charges are additional. Quarterly Specials are available for Premium Subscribers only. Account must be in good standing at time of booking.
